BERMUDA, December, 27, 2005. The November 2005 issue of Cond'e Nast Traveler magazine recognized Pink Beach Club & Cottages with its prestigious annual Readers' Choice Award in the Top Resorts category. The 2005 survey produced the most responses and highest scores that the magazine has received in each category to date, with nearly 28,000 of the publication's readers placing their vote.
"We are honored that the readers of Cond'e Nast Traveler have selected Pink Beach Club as a top resort choice on a global level," said Michael J. Williams, CHA, managing director of the resort. "We continuously strive to surpass every guest's expectation, and it is rewarding to be recognized for the elegance, attention to detail and old world Bermudian hospitality that is demonstrated by our resort and dedicated staff every day," Williams added.
Beginning Mar. 1, 2006, rates at Pink Beach Club start at US$320 per room, per night, based on double occupancy, for a garden view cottage suite. Rates reflect the resort's Modified American Plan, that includes full English breakfast, traditional afternoon tea and a five-course gourmet dinner. A Bermuda Plan, which includes breakfast only, is also available.
Nestled in 16 1/2 acres of rolling hills and lush gardens, overlooking two magnificent pink coral sand beaches on Bermuda's south shore, Pink Beach Club is comprised of 16 cottage buildings housing 94 luxurious rooms.
The warmth and charm of Bermuda combined with this cottage colony's elegant architecture, decor and first-class service create an ideal setting for couples, honeymooners, golfers, business travelers and families seeking a home away from home.
In January 2003, January 2002 and November 2001, The Pink Beach Club was recognized as a Gold Resort in Cond'e Nast Traveler magazine and was also included on Gourmet magazine's "Rooms At The Top" list.
