ST. PAUL, MN, November 20, 2006. Lodge Hotels & Resorts Management Company is pleased to announce Mr. Kim C. Koenig as the General Manager of the Holiday Inn St. Paul East at 3M Center in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Mr. Koenig comes to the Holiday Inn at 3M Center with an extensive hotel management and accounting background. "His knowledge of the industry and what it takes to run a first class hotel is second to none," according to Joel Cairy, Managing Partner - Sales and Marketing of Lodge Hotels & Resorts, that manages the Holiday Inn at 3M Center in St. Paul. Mr. Koenig is overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel and will play a key role in an extensive renovation plan of the Holiday Inn St. Paul East at 3M Center.

Mr. Koenig's experience includes extensive Holiday Inn experience including General Manager of the former Holiday Inn St. Paul State Capitol, District Controller for ten properties in Minnesota and Wisconsin and Controller at the Holiday Inn Las Vegas. Mr. Koenig also has a background in Hotel Development from site selection, financing, construction and operations management.

The Holiday Inn St. Paul East, located adjacent to the 3M Corporate Headquarters on Burns Avenue and McKnight Road, is just five miles from the St. Paul RiverCentre.
