Dream Catcher Triples Marketing and Sales Team

Destination Club Accredits Rapid Expansion to Recent Growth in Sales

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO, June 21, 2005. In just a year's time, Dream Catcher has quickly established itself as a leader within the burgeoning new luxury destination club industry. With its success and need to meet growing consumer interest in club memberships, Dream Catcher has expanded its marketing and sales force to include new vice president of marketing, Lisa Weltz, and membership directors Clifton Bukowski, Kevin Kucera, Ken Melidoni, Hilarie Roth, and Michael Salzman. This rounds out their senior sales and marketing team, and adds to their strategic recent hire of Chet Dudzik Jr., founding senior vice president of sales at Marquis Jet, as Dream Catcher's vice president of sales.

Tripling Dream Catcher's existing sales staff, the five newly-appointed membership directors will join current executive director, Gaya Banovich, who serves as the club's primary liaison for prospective and existing members in the Rocky Mountain and Northwest regions, and membership director, Kathleen Allen, who oversees sales efforts in the Northeast. Together the team brings a range of knowledge in areas including sales and marketing, real estate, hospitality management, business development and territory management. Each membership director will be responsible for overseeing sales strategies and development for Dream Catcher in key assigned markets across the country.

As vice president of marketing, Lisa Weltz, will play an integral role in the overall success of the company, contributing more than 20 years of expertise in various areas of marketing including sponsorships and experiential marketing, direct mail and advertising, public relations, database marketing, strategic planning, and corporate positioning.

THE TEAM:

Lisa Weltz, Vice President of Marketing. Brings more than 20 years of experience within the marketing and public relations industry to the team. For the past 19 years, she has been at TIAA-CREF, a Fortune 81 financial services company, and held several senior management positions for the company. Most recently as senior director of strategy and business planning, for the corporate public affairs and marketing area, she also has served as second vice president of marketing and director of corporate public relations and sponsorships.

Kathleen Allen, Membership Director U.S. Northeast Region. Former director of communications for Marakon Associates and vice president of marketing for Bankers Trust Private Wealth Management, Allen has also run two successful entrepreneurial sales ventures in her career. In addition, Allen has served in two presidential administrations as Chief of Staff for the Under Secretary of State.

Gaya Banovich, Executive Director, Membership U.S. Rocky Mountain and Northwest Regions. Banovich acts as primary liaison with the club's prospective and existing members in her region, and is responsible for maintaining and reinforcing Dream Catcher's unique position with members, their advisors, and strategic alliances and industry peers. Prior to joining Dream Catcher in 2004, she was vice president of business development and marketing for a prominent estate planning firm serving high net worth individuals.

Clifton Bukowski, Membership Director U.S. Central and Mid-Atlantic Regions. A background in real estate and development, Bukowski also brings a decade of experience within the fractional jet industry and a high level of expertise in sales to the high net worth clientele. Prior to joining Dream Catcher, Bukowski was vice president of sales for the East Coast, for Marquis Jet, the leader in fractional helicopter sales.

Kevin Kucera, Corporate/Affiliates Membership Director U.S. Western Region.

Bringing more than 17 years in management experience to the team, Kucera has held several vice president and director positions at companies including Ball Aerospace, Infineon Technologies and Gravity Television & Sports Marketing.

Ken Melidoni, Membership Director U.S. Southwest Region. With nearly 25 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, Melidoni has built a strong background in reservation sales, field sales and marketing. Melidoni began his career working with TWA, where he held various positions in sales. He later joined British Airways as director of sales for the Southwest U.S. and has worked with several other private and commercial airlines.

Hilarie Roth, Membership Director U.S. Midwest and Southeast Regions. Former director of sales and marketing for ID Golf & Resorts Interactive, Roth brings a wealth of private club membership knowledge to the team. Roth has a long established sales career in direct to consumer marketing and has worked with leading industry clients such as Colgate-Palmolive, Nestle, Coca-Cola, and Johnson & Johnson.

Michael Salzman, Membership Director New York City. Salzman is a recognized leader in new business development and client retention, bringing more than six years experience in sales to his position. Prior to joining Dream Catcher, Salzman was sales executive for the Hilton Club New York which provided luxury vacation ownership suites to affluent clientele. He also served as vice president of sales at MBS and Associates, a recognized leader in the printing industry.
