Marc Fournier Appointed GM for Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village

MCLEAN, VA, March 7, 2006. Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. today announced the appointment of Marc Fournier as general manager for the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village. The upscale 294 guest room hotel and conference facility was recently purchased by Highland Hospitality (NYSE: HIH), a Virginia-based real estate investment trust (REIT), that appointed Crestline Hotels & Resorts as the management company.

Mr. Fournier brings more than 15 years of hospitality industry management experience to his position at the Westin Princeton. He joins Crestline Hotels & Resorts from Aramark Harrison Lodging where he was the acting general manager and director of operations for the Harrison Conference Center and Hotel in Plainsboro, NJ. Prior to that, Mr. Fournier was the general manager at the Radisson Scranton, PA. He has held management positions with the Remington Hotel Corporation, Hub Management, Winegardner and Hammons, Inc and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.

Mr. Fournier is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where he studied food service management and culinary arts. He is a member of the Mercer County College Hospitality Advisory Committee and is a Certified Hospitality Supervisor -- a designation awarded by the AHMA.
