ATLANTA, GA, March 24, 2006. Atlanta, GA-based America's Best Franchising, Inc., through an innovative program in conjunction with the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA), has become the first hotel franchisor to offer a free discount prescription plan to all its franchisees, their employees and travel club members. The program, known as "Choice RX," provides free drug prescription cards for America's Best Inns & Suites and Country Hearth Inns & Suites associates - including their immediate family members - to receive a 10% to 35% discount on both generic and brand prescription drugs at some 55,000 participating pharmacies across the U.S.

The Choice RX program is being offered by Financial Independence Company Insurance Services of Woodland Hills, CA, and provides drug discounts to individuals who have no insurance, are underinsured, or have other health insurance.

According to Doug Collins, Chairman and CEO of America's Best Franchising, Inc. and its subsidiaries, "There is a tremendous need in our industry to provide coverage for employees who can't afford to participate in health care. With this alliance, we look forward to bringing added value and offering a much-needed benefit to help our associates defray some of the rising medical costs that they may be experiencing."
