NEW YORK, NY, March 27, 2006- Casa Del Mar, a luxury hotel located in Vilano Beach near downtown St. Augustine, is set to become a condo-hotel.
The property, part of Choice Hotels International's Clarion Collection, will offer 94 residences spread throughout three floors in 19 different floor plans ranging from approximately 350 square feet to 500 square feet. A Presidential Suite has approximately 1,552 square feet of space. Prices range from $329,000 to $1.8 million, according to the company.
Ownership is fee simple and there are no restrictions on the length of stay for owners.
There is a voluntary rental program in place for those interested in leasing out their residences.
Other features include heated outdoor pool, whirlpool spa, fitness center, conference room and self-service laundry facilities.
