GuestHouse Opens Franchise in Colorado
Hires Regional Franchise Development Director
PUEBLO, CO, March 31, 2006. A GuestHouse International Inn & Suites has opened up in Pueblo, CO. Owned by Tinwood Hospitality, the two-story property was previously known as the Best Western Townhouse.
The 70-room, two-suite hotel features a Japanese restaurant, complimentary wireless Internet access, complimentary breakfast and newspapers, a 24-hour fitness center, in-room coffee makers and refrigerators, an outdoor pool and meeting facilities that can accommodate up to 150 people. Tinwood is planning on converting some of the rooms into suites within the next few months.
GuestHouse International Franchise Systems, Inc. has also appointed Greg Burgett as director of franchise development for the Midwest region. Most recently, he was director of franchise sales for Choice Hotels International.
