Rosen Completes Remodel of Executive Suites
Named Best in the Industry by Meetings South Magazine
ORLANDO, FL, April 13, 2006. How Suite It Is at the Rosen Centre, where the outstanding luxury hotel located adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center has completed remodeling of its 20 executive suites.
In addition, the hotel started 2006 exactly as it ended 2005 - by receiving another award to add to its growing list of acclaims. Meetings South magazine has named the Rosen Centre's executive suites "Best in the Industry" in their January 2006 issue.
It's easy to see why. Each of the hotel's 20 newly remodeled executive suites is 2,300 square feet of luxury and comfort that the Rosen Centre calls "Privileged Elegance." They feature a formal entry foyer and an expansive main living area with a dining table that can also serve as a conference table for impromptu meetings. The suites are configured with one or two oversized bedrooms, with a wet bar, refrigerator and microwave and a full private bath in each living area. The suites connect to king and/or double/double beds.
Then there's the ambiance, which conveys a sophisticated, contemporary charm while maintaining a warm, inviting tone. Plush, overstuffed sofas and chairs offer down-time comfort in the generous space designed to accommodate any executive's busy schedule. The suite's color palette features ruby, moss, and black. Mahogany furnishings in an espresso finish made in England add classic elegance to each suite, and design upgrades include granite kitchen and bath countertops. New flooring patterned in black marble and ivory porcelain adds an additional touch of class to the foyer of each suite.
The king bedroom is a restful backdrop of neutral gold and black tones, and its executive desk, high-speed connectivity and 32-inch plasma television offer cutting-edge convenience for completing business tasks and indulging in relaxation time. In the double bedroom, stately wall-to-wall mahogany headboard panels include attached light fixtures for bedtime reading. A granite-top divider separates the room's sleeping and seating area.
A conversational seating area with an alcove separates the dining room from the parlor, with mirrors and floral arrangements cleverly softening the space. A 42-inch plasma TV screen in the parlor and a solid wood dining table add further convenience and comfort. Artwork throughout the suite carries a Florida contemporary theme with a mix of abstracts and floral pieces.
"We take extreme pride in our executive suites," said Todd Frappier, Director of Sales & Marketing for the Rosen Centre. "The Rosen Centre is committed to offering our customers a high level of comfort, and as such, we're constantly evaluating our offerings to create the best accommodations possible. Currently, we're in the final design stages for a complete upgrade of our 43 VIP suites that will mirror the lavish luxury found in our executives. We plan on continuing to offer meeting planners our superior level of customer service and stellar accommodations."
While the honor from Meetings South is the Rosen Centre's first award in 2006, it was at the top of the list for many publications and organizations last year. During 2005 alone the Rosen Centre picked up several repeat awards including the prestigious Gold Key Award from Meetings & Conventions magazine, the Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings, the Inner Circle Award from Association Meetings, the Merit & Distinction Award from Medical Meetings and the Paragon Award from Corporate Meetings & Incentives.
Meeting planners and executives selected the Rosen Centre for these honors based on the hotel's superior service, superb meeting facilities, variety and quality of amenities and the quality of its food and beverage. These attributes have contributed to the Rosen Centre winning the aforementioned awards numerous times throughout its 10 years in business.
