Milenium Grupo Hotelero Mexicano Picks Safemark
ORLANDO, FL, May 1, 2006. Orlando-based Safemark Systems announced its selection as the preferred vendor for in-room safes at Milenium Grupo Hotelero Mexicano in Mexico.
Milenium Grupo Hotelero Mexicano is the largest Intercontinental Group franchisee in Mexico with fourteen properties. To initiate the agreement, Safemark will be installing more than a thousand safes at seven of the Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza properties. These hotels include Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn Express TEC and Holiday Inn Express Galer'ias in Monterrey, NL Mexico, Holiday Inn Express in CD., Victoria Tamps, Mexico, Holiday Inn Express in Torre'on, Coah, Mexico, Holiday Inn Express in Silao, Gto. Mexico and Holiday Inn Express Guanajuato, Gto., Mexico.

The new agreement with Milenium Grupo Hotelero Mexicano furthers Safemark's growing association with leading hotel chains in the hospitality business and the company's continuing expansion into the International market. Earlier this year the company hired Hugo Chavez as Director of Sales to contribute to international sales and marketing. Chavez, who is based in Mexico City, is developing accounts in both Mexico and Latin America.
