Accor North America announces the promotion of Teresa Epperson to senior director of Human Resources
DALLAS, TX, MAY 23, 2006. Epperson's new position will include full responsibility for human resource functions within the corporate office, working with senior leadership on such issues as performance management, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, leadership coaching, and organizational development. She has 19 years of Human Resources experience, 12 years in retail and seven years with Accor North America. Epperson was promoted from within the company from director, Human Resources for Motel 6 and Studio 6 brands.
Epperson received her bachelor's degree from the University of Alabama, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. She is also a current member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
