JULY 19, 2006. In addition to numerous customer requested enhancements, Version 6.6 is one of the first commercially available expense systems to automatically itemize hotel folio details from leading corporate card providers, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard, which will greatly improve expense report accuracy and save significant time for frequent travelers.

Users of Expense Management 6.6 and a corporate credit card will have access to a far broader set of data for each transaction, often required for expense reports but not detailed on traditional corporate card statements. This data includes everything from flight destinations and hotel room taxes to mini bar charges and parking fees. All this data is automatically itemized for travelers, saving time and improving accuracy.

"In response to demand from our customers, MasterCard has worked closely with the leading hotel properties to source eFolio data directly from their property management systems. However, sourcing is only one part of the solution. Extensity enables the integration of eFolio data directly into expense management systems, allowing travel managers to leverage the data for negotiations and streamline processes," said Marcie Verdin, Group Head, Commercial Payments, MasterCard Worldwide. "We applaud Extensity for their commitment to helping our mutual customers improve their travel card program savings."

Version 6.6 also provides numerous customer requested enhancements, including more choices for client interfaces, improved e-mail approval capabilities, and more at-a-glance data access when logging on to the system or a corporate travel portal.

"Corporate travel managers have been eagerly waiting for the capabilities that Extensity Expense Management 6.6 delivers," said Ken Walters, CEO of Extensity. "The software we are showing today not only answers that call, but provides even more of the data entry and approval flexibility that set Extensity Expense Management apart from the beginning."
