Waterford Appoints Arthur Germain III and Peter Parker to GM Posts
WATERFORD, CT, July 26, 2006. Waterford Hotel Group today announced the appointment of as General Manager of the Quality Inn & Suites Airport in Latham, New York and Arthur Germain III to General Manager of the Courtyard by Marriott in Orange, Connecticut.
As General Manager, Peter Parker will be responsible for all phases of the Quality Inn & Suites Airport's operations, sales and administration, including the management of 35 associates. Parker brings an extensive background in hotel management, having served as Asset Manager for Equity Inns, Corporate Director of Operations for Rockgate Management, N.A., and as General Manager at numerous locations in both Canada and the United States. Most recently, Parker served as a consultant specializing in the turn-around of distressed hotel properties.

As General Manager, Arthur Germain III will be responsible for all phases of the Courtyard by Marriott's operations, sales and administration, including the management of 40 associates. Germain has more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry having worked in numerous capacities, including Front Office Manager, Controller, Director of Sales, and General Manager.
