Walt Disney World Swan And Dolphin Names Anthony Colandro Director Of Restaurants
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel has named Anthony Colandro director of restaurants. In his new role, Colandro will oversee operations and day-to-day aspects of all 17 restaurants and lounges throughout the hotel.
With over 14 years of hospitality experience, Colandro started his career with the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotel in 2000 as assistant manager at Palio Italian restaurant and was later promoted to manager prior to his new role. Under his leadership, the restaurant received such honors as the noted Wine Spectator awards. He holds an A.S. degree in business and hospitality management from Valencia Community College in Orlando as well as an associate degree in engineering from Rockland Community College in Suffern, NY. Colandro is also a certified wine sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers.
