NEW YORK, NY, May 19, 2009 - The sleek and secluded mad46, The Roosevelt Hotel's rooftop lounge (corner of Madison and 46th), recently reopened its skies to warmer breezes after a winter hiatus. Now back in full swing, the lounge is open five days a week, Monday through Friday from 5 p.m. until midnight.
