Lodging Capital Adds Jennifer Collins to Asset Management Group
JUNE 19, 2009 - Lodging Capital Partners, LLC ('LCP') announces Jennifer Collins joins the company as Senior Vice President. Ms. Collins' primary role with LCP will be to assist the company as it adds value to properties through aggressive asset management.

Prior to joining LCP, Jennifer was with Westbrook Partners where she was responsible for managing its hotel portfolio. Westbrook Partners is a fully integrated real estate investment firm that was founded in 1994 and has acquired in excess of $35+ billion of assets. It was Jennifer's responsibility to maximize value through hotel performance optimization/yield management and capital deployment. She has managed ground-up development and major renovations, and has a strong track record of increasing the bottom line of cash flowing assets.
Prior to Westbrook, Ms. Collins was with Tishman Hotel & Realty for 7 years. Tishman is a vertically integrated real estate owner, operator and developer who manage all aspects of a project from acquisition, development, construction, to ongoing property and asset management. While at Tishman, Ms. Collins worked on a myriad of projects in a multitude of capacities.

Jennifer is a graduate of Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration and is a member of New York Commercial Real Estate Women's Network and the Network of Executive Women in Hospitality.
