C. Robert McEleney Promoted to President of Callaway Gardens

PINE MOUNTAIN, GA, December 19, 2006. Callaway Gardens, a 13,000-acre woodland and display garden, resort and preserve accented with southern charm and unpretentious luxury, announces the appointment of C. Robert McEleney to president of Callaway Gardens. Noble Management Group, the company selected in January 2005 to oversee the daily operations of Callaway Gardens, appointed McEleney to serve as vice president/managing director at Callaway Gardens in March 2005. He has led the successful integration of Callaway Gardens and Noble, providing the foundation for a new era of luxury.

McEleney has more than 30 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, beginning his career with ITT Sheraton Corporation where he advanced to vice president, area director of operations. He also served in senior leadership positions with The Resort at Squaw Creek Valley in California, the five diamond Ihilani Resort and Spa in Hawaii, American Skiing Company, Olympus Hospitality Group and Millennium Hotels and Resorts.
