Willows Lodge Announces New Rooms Division Manager

SEPTEMBER 18, 2009 - Willows Lodge, a Northwest retreat in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country, announces the addition of Mike West as the rooms division manager. In his new position, West will oversee the customer service, financial growth and product quality in the front office, housekeeping, valet and security departments.

Prior to joining Willows Lodge, West served many roles at Hotel 1000 in downtown Seattle including assistant director of housekeeping, front office manager and guest services manager. In addition, West began his hotel career at Willows Lodge as a guest services agent and was later promoted to guest services supervisor.

"We are excited to welcome back Mike West join the Willows Lodge team," said Shaun Tucker, general manager of Willows Lodge. "His extensive experience in hospitality will be an asset to Willows Lodge as we continue to provide our guests the highest level of customer service."

West holds a bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College of California in business administration. A Sammamish, Wash. native, West enjoys running, golfing, playing tennis, hiking and skiing in his free time.
