From now through May 30, 2010, book a “Headache-Free” Meeting Package with at least 15 guestrooms and receive a complimentary meeting room for the general session, 10% discount on audio-visual, 20% discount on an LCD projector, 10% discount on additional food & beverage and a $200 breakout room rental. The $79 per person “Headache-Free” Meeting Package includes a deluxe Continental breakfast, a buffet lunch and morning and afternoon coffee breaks. Also, the meeting planner will receive a complimentary spa treatment at the DoubleTree Day Spa to help him/her relax. All meetings booked with this promotion must be held by December 31, 2010.
