. October 14, 2008

WASHINGTON, DC, January 18, 2007. Marriott International, Inc. (NYSE:MAR) announced that the Wyndham Colorado Springs has been officially re-branded as the Colorado Springs Marriott. The 309-room hotel, with 23,000 square feet of meeting space, is located at 5580 Tech Center Drive and has just completed a renovation of all guest rooms, with a renovation of all public spaces to be completed in the spring of 2007. The property is owned and managed by The Procaccianti Group of Cranston, Rhode Island.

"We are very excited to bring the first full-service Marriott to Colorado Springs," said Jim Breeden, general manager, Colorado Springs Marriott. "We look forward to providing our guests with the highest quality of service in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility."

The hotel is conveniently located near many of Colorado's most popular sites and attractions. Monarch and Breckinridge ski areas are within 50 miles and Copper Mountain Resort is only 65 miles away. In addition, other attractions such as Pikes Peak Cog Railway and the Air Force Academy are nearby.

Renovated guest rooms will feature Marriott's Revive(R) bedding, with plusher mattresses, softer sheets, more pillows, and a new, fresh, white look. Replacing the traditional hotel bedspread is a down comforter nestled inside a sheeted duvet, which will be freshly laundered for each new guest. Mattresses are thicker and more comfortable with the addition of a two- to four-inch mattress topper, and the 300-thread-count, cotton-rich, white top and fitted bottom sheets are among the finest and softest sheets of any global hotel chain. The stylized bedding is accented with euro shams, a decorative bed scarf and a bolster.

In-room amenities include a two-line telephone with data port and voice mail, both wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, cable television with pay-per-view movies, coffee and tea service, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board. Recreational amenities include an indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, a dry sauna, and an on-property fitness center.

Ideal for business and social occasions, the hotel offers over 23,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The 7,128-square-foot Grand Ballroom is the largest of 19 meeting rooms and all feature wired and wireless high- speed Internet access. State of the art audio visual equipment, teleconferencing and videoconferencing capabilities, and a complete business center are also available.

For dining and entertainment, the hotel features Zebulon Pike's Grill and Tequileria serving southwestern-style cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can also enjoy Colorado beers and flavored tequilas at the Lobby Lounge. There is also a wide variety of fine-dining options within just a few miles of the hotel.
