Vincent Lombino Named Group Director of F&B For Amalgamated Hospitality Limited Global Brand

Sydney, Australia - July 26, 2010 - Amalgamated Holdings Limited, Australia's premier entertainment, hospitality, and tourism and leisure company, has announced the promotion of Vincent Lombino to Group Director of Food & Beverage Operations. Lombino had been the Director of Food & Beverage for the company's Rydges Hotels & Resorts.

Lombino brings a wealth of experience in the global hospitality industry and a reputation for excellence. In his new role, Lombino will be responsible for overseeing all AHL businesses including hotels, cinemas, Thredbo and all new development projects, creating vibrant new concepts and implementing high operational standards at each.

Lombino has nearly 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with experience at notable hospitality organizations like China Grill Management; Noble House Hotels & Resorts and Chispa Restaurant Group. Lombino says his main directive is to “consistently beat the odds and set the competitive bar high. We want to expectations with our engaged team, unique food & beverage concepts and fresh approach to hospitality.” Lombino's career was launched at the five-star Prince of Wales Restaurant at the Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego,California. From there, Lombino moved to the U.S. Embassy in Bern, Switzerland where he managed official dinners and diplomatic events. From there, Lombino spent three years overseeing the development of three high profile South Florida restaurants for renowned restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow at China Grill Management; created the Chispa Restaurant Group with Chef Robbin Haas and became the VP of Restaurant Operations for Noble House Hotels and Resorts. Lombino currently resides in Sydney, Australia with his family.
