Sanibel Harbour Marriott Promotes Trevor Betts to Exec Chef
Ft. Myers, FL - July 30, 2010 - Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort & Spa, a Victorian-style AAA Four-Diamond resort located on a private peninsula overlooking Sanibel and Captiva Islands, announced today the appointment of Trevor Betts as Executive Chef.
In his new position, Trevor Betts will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the hotel's culinary operations, including managing the culinary team, hiring and training new associates and supervising all aspects of the kitchen. The resort's culinary operations encompasses six restaurants and 45,000 square feet of event space, as well as The Sanibel Harbour Princess, a 100-foot yacht for dining and sightseeing cruises.

Mr. Betts also served as Banquet Chef of the Bonita Bay Group in Bonita Springs, Florida, as well as Manager of Nick and Stella's Restaurant in Ft. Myers, Florida.
