Timbers' The Sebastian Appoints Ann Sutherland Lynch DOSM

August 25, 2010 - Ann Sutherland Lynch has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at The Sebastian, formerly the Vail Plaza Hotel & Club in Vail, Colo., which is scheduled to debut in December 2010.

Lynch joins The Sebastian with more than 20 years of expertise in sales and marketing. As an industry leader in travel and tourism, and leisure and group sales, Lynch will deploy successful strategies advertising and promotions, and direct sales at The Sebastian.

Formerly with Gold Key Resorts/PHR Inc., Lynch held the position of Vice President of eCommerce where she directed and oversaw online revenue, Web development and analysis, the reservation call center, revenue management and restaurant marketing. Prior to Gold Key Resorts/PHR Inc., Lynch was the regional Director of Sales and Marketing for Destination Hotels & Resorts where she was responsible for a portfolio of 10 properties in seven resort destinations.

Lynch earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She is a former board member of Destination Colorado, Winter Park Chamber of Commerce, ASAE Meetings & Exposition and Membership Committees.
