Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria Appoints Ann Kang as DoS
September 2, 2010 - Hyatt Regency Dubai & Galleria is delighted to announce the appointment of Ann Kang as its new Director of Sales.
Ann, a South Korean national, gained an extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
After graduating from Kyunghee University in the South Korea with a Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management in 2003, Ann started her career with various Sales positions including Director of Sales with the Accor hotels in South Korea, Singapore and China. In 2008 she joined Conrad Hotel Tokyo as Associate Director of Sales.
In her new role as Director of Sales, Ann will be responsible for developing and implementing of sales strategies and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.
“ I am very excited to bring my working experience in key Asian cities such as Seoul, Shanghai, Tokyo and Singapore to the Middle Eastern market and looking forward to the challenges of this diverse and dynamic region”, says Ann.
Being bilingual in Korean and English having lived overseas including the USA for 16 years, Ann also speaks fluent Mandarin and conversational Japanese.
