New York, NY - September 13, 2010 - Millennium Hotels & Resorts announced today three new additions to the Global Sales Team, Stephanie Shaff, Global Director of Group Sales Western Region, Ann Vacarella, Global Director of Group Sales Mid Atlantic / Southeast Region and Michael Hochman, Global Director of Group Sales Northeast region.

In her new role with Millennium, Shaff will partner with customers within the Western Region to secure group business for Millennium properties, both domestically and internationally. Previously, Shaff held the Director of National Sales - Western Region position for La Quinta Resort and Club, part of the Waldorf = Astoria Collection.

Shaff brings over 12 years of experience within the Hospitality industry, holding previous positions at Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, Ayres Hotel Group, Innkeepers Hospitality and Homestead Studio Suites. Shaff has received several honors including Leader of the Quarter with La Quinta Resort & Club and Hilton's Circle of Excellence.

Vacarella brings over 25 years of experience in the Hospitality industry to her new role with Millennium Hotels & Resorts, having held positions in Property Sales, National Sales and Global Sales. Previously, Vacarella was Global Account Manager of ConferenceDirect. For 8 years, Vacarella worked for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts in a Global sales position. Vacarella has also held positions within Hyatt Hotels, The Peabody Orlando and The Wynfrey Hotel.

Before joining the Millennium team, Hochman served as Director of Global Accounts for ConferenceDirect where he successfully assisted companies and associates with sourcing and contract negotiations. Hochman worked on top accounts including Verizon Wireless, Comcast, Aramark, SIAM, American College of Physicians, Strohl Systems, ASTM, National Demolition Association and CLMA.

With over 20 years in the hotel business, Hochman's career began with Marriott hotels, where he held positions including Catering Service Manager, Banquet Manager and Catering Manager. Hochman then transferred his skills into hotel sales for Marriott, and later for Loews.
