JN+A Oversees St. Regis Aspen Renovation
Rockville, MD - October 13, 2010 - Jonathan Nehmer + Associates (JN+A), is pleased to announce that it has been selected as the Project Manager for the renovation of the St. Regis Aspen Resort in Aspen, Colorado.
The St. Regis Aspen is currently undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation. JN+A is overseeing the transformation of the hotel's 179 guestrooms as well as the lobby, restaurant, meeting areas, pool and terraces, fitness center, spa, and retail areas.

The St. Regis Aspen was recently acquired by 315 East Dean Associates Inc., which is being represented by Bangkok-based OptAsia Capital Company, Wave Hospitality Advisors LLC, and managed by Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
