Hilton Appoints Anibal Flecha Safety & Security Manager, Latin America & Caribbean
November 2, 2010 - Anibal Flecha will report directly to Paul Frederick, director- global safety and security, Hilton Worldwide, and will be based out of the Miami Regional Office.
Hilton Worldwide today announced that Anibal Flecha has been named safety and security manager, Latin America and Caribbean, Hilton Worldwide. Anibal Flecha will report directly to Paul Frederick, director- global safety and security, Hilton Worldwide, and will be based out of the Miami Regional Office. Flecha most recently served as loss prevention safety and security director, at the 174 room Embassy Suites Dorado del Mar Beach & Golf Resort in Dorado Puerto Rico.
Flecha has over 18 years of hospitality experience; he joined Hilton Worldwide in 1998 as night auditor at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Casino in Carolina, Puerto Rico. Since then, he has held various operational roles at the company including night hotel manager and guest services and front office director throughout various resort destinations in Puerto Rico. In 2008, Flecha joined the Task Force Security team to assist with the opening of the Hilton Garden Inn Liberia Airport. He was also in charge of presenting the Loss Prevention Profile to the formerly LXR hotels in Puerto Rico, now part of Hilton Worldwide's portfolio.
