Global Timeshare Software Firm Opens Regional Headquarters in Orlando
New Ocoee office for TimeShareWare, CondotelWare will serve entire
ORLANDO, FL, August 9, 2005. North America's largest software firm for the timeshare and condo-hotel industry has opened a regional sales and service office in Central Florida to better serve the burgeoning customer base in the Eastern United States.
The developers of TimeShareWare and CondotelWare have opened an office in Ocoee, Florida. It will act as a satellite office to the headquarters of TimeShareWare and CondotelWare, located near Salt Lake City, Utah. The new office will improve the training and implementation of software systems on the East Coast, and provide a competitive edge in the region's timeshare and condo-hotel markets.
"Both the timeshare and condo-hotel markets are booming, especially in Florida," said Timo Jones, CEO and founder of TimeShareWare. "So when we were looking for a regional hub, the Orlando area was a natural choice." The office is expected to staff up to 30 people over the next two years.
TimeShareWare has performed approximately 600 produce installations around the globe. TimeShareWare's Florida and East Coast clientele includes such timeshare resorts as BlueGreen, Royal Resorts and Vacation Village. CondotelWare clients include Mayfair, Bonaventure and Sanctuary. About one-third of TimeShareWare's current client base can be found on the East Coast and in the Caribbean.
