Hotel AG Brokers Sale of Irish Inn
Shamrock, Texas
ATLANTA, GA - November 22, 2010 Hotel Assets Group, LLC (Hotel AG), announced today that the firm negotiated the sale of a 163-room Irish Inn in Shamrock, Texas on behalf of a local private family trust. The property sold to Uppen Patel for an undisclosed amount.
“This was a case where the buyer and seller worked together to get the deal done through seller financing,” Alex White, vice president of Hotel AG stated. “We are witnessing more transactions where seller financing is available due to the extreme difficulties of traditional financing.”
The two-story, exterior corridor independent hotel is located in the heart of Shamrock, Texas. The City of Shamrock is located in the eastern portion of the Texas Panhandle centered along the crossroads of Interstate 40 (formerly the famous U.S. Route 66) and U.S. Route 83.
