Millennium Appoints Daniel “Danny” Dolce as VP of Sales for the US Region
New York, NY - January 14, 2011 - Millennium Hotels & Resorts have announced the appointment of Daniel J. Dolce as the new Vice President of Sales for the US Region.
Daniel “Danny” Dolce, the former Vice President of Global Sales at Dolce Hotels and Resorts in 2007, brings with him a lifetime of passion and natural talent to Millennium Hotels & Resorts.
As Vice President of Sales for the US Region, Danny will be responsible to oversee the overall growth and integration of Millennium into new markets. Danny's past experience will assist him as he spearheads the US sales force while supervising, motivating and managing Millennium's expert sales teams.

Danny Dolce, who has served Dolce Hotels and Resorts since January 2010 as a development resource to obtain hotel operating contracts was responsible for directing the company's sales force in its efforts to promote bookings at the company's 24 hotels, resorts and conference centers in North America and Europe.
During the last four years at Dolce, he was instrumental in growing the company's corporate client base by focusing on the needs of Fortune 500 organizations throughout the United States. As national director of sales, North America, the global business base grew by more than 10 percent annually for three consecutive years.
Among his past experience, he also was appointed Director of Acquisitions & Development, in which he doubled the size of Dolce's portfolio from 12 properties to 24, gaining a wealth of experience and knowledge in hotel real estate transactions, space planning, management contract negotiations and overall asset management.
Dolce got his start in 1992 by entering a management training program with Scanticon Corporation that focused on the dynamics of group meetings. After working for a year in Scandinavia, he went to work for the Doral Hotels & Resorts at the Doral Arrowwood in Rye Brook, N.Y., where he spent six years in a variety of roles in operations and sales.
Dolce is a 1992 graduate of Drexel University, Philadelphia, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He remains very involved with Drexel's Hotel Management School, speaking to students twice per year regarding the conference center niche.
A resident of West Nyack, N.Y., Mr. Dolce will be based in Millennium's New York office..
