Washington, DC - April 22, 2011 - Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. is very proud to announce that Michael Conner, General Manager for their Hilton Garden Inn, Indianapolis NW is the recipient of the Indianapolis State Leadership Award.
The American Hotel & Lodging Association (AH&LA) announced the winners of the State Leadership Awards, formerly known as the Most Valuable Volunteer Awards, during the first day of the association's annual Legislative Action Summit (LAS). This award, created in 1998 meant to honor standout members in partner states who help implement and strengthen AH&LA programs. These winners are chosen by the AH&LA's partner state associations annually.
Conner, previously the President for the Indiana Hotel Lodging Association has been an active member since 1986. Today he is currently serving as a board member for the Greater Indianapolis Hotel Lodging Board. Michael is very community conscious, and always willing to lend a helping hand in his industry as well as his community.
