Summar Heavin Named Human Resource Manager for Vision Hospitality Group
Chattanooga, TN - May 9, 2011 - Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. has named Summar Heavin as Human Resource Manager. Summar has a diverse background in business with a strong history in human resources. Her wealth of knowledge regarding HR and Labor practices will be a valuable asset to Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. Summar earned a bachelor's degree from Berry College with a Business Administration degree. While enrolled at Berry College, Summar presented research later published at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research in Lexington, Virginia. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
Summar began her career in Human Resource while in high school working for the local board of education. She has an extensive background in the legal and accounting field. Most recently before joining Vision Hospitality Group, Summar worked for a Receivership Assistance Contractor. She also assisted the FDIC performing forensic investigations related to institutions under FDIC receivership. She has managed the records for the Division of Business & Financial Forensics for over twenty financial institutions.
Summar brings with her developmental training and orientation skills, legal knowledge regarding labor practices, quality control, and an objective approach to any project or situation. She has a strong belief in an open door policy for associates, which makes her an excellent candidate with values in line with VISION policy and procedure.
