ISLAMORADA, FL - July 20, 2011 - Jody Roberts has been named director of food & beverage for Holiday Isle Beach Resort & Marina, the quintessential Florida Keys destination undergoing a $10.5 million refreshment. The 24-year veteran will oversee all culinary outlets, including the World Famous Tiki Bar, Rumrunners and the first Shula Burger, scheduled to open mid-fall.
