Split, CROATIA - August 8, 2011 - Le Meridien Lav Split, one of Croatia's most prominent five-star properties, Arnoud Zaalberg as the new general manager.
Born in The Netherlands, Zaalberg has vast hospitality experience and will focus on strengthening overall hotel operations as well as ensuring the continuous delivery of high standard of service and hospitality for which this Croatian property has already won numerous international and domestic industry awards.
Zaalberg has an extensive background in sales, marketing and hotel operations from many international hotels across the region such as Stanhope and Thon Hotel Brussels City Center in Brussels, Amstel Inter.Continental Amsterdam etc. Until his appointment at Le Meridien Lav he was the General Manager of Sheraton Tirana and Executive assistant manager of Sheraton Brussels Hotel.
