Bellstar Promotes Ralf Strub to President/ COO Bellstar Hotels & Resorts

Ralf Strub joined Bellstar in March of 2010 as Vice-President of Operations with over 28 years of international and Canadian hospitality industry experience. He was born and raised in Switzerland where he started his hospitality career.
Ralf Strub earned his industry stripes while working in management positions in Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing with “Moevenpick of Switzerland” and independent luxury destination resorts. In 1995, Ralf partnered with “Berest AG”, a Hotel & Restaurant Operating & Consulting company, and then journeyed into managing turn-arounds of hotels & resorts in Switzerland, Canada, Republic of Maldives, and Austria. He also managed a multi-concept restaurant company in Innsbruck, Austria, followed by development projects in South Korea, Italy, Germany and Russia. In 2004, Ralf joined Prime Restaurants of Canada, working out of Ontario. He took on the role as Vice President of Western Canada and relocated to Vancouver in 2008.
Ralf Strub holds the highest award of quality management in the Swiss Tourism industry “2Q”. His education includes a Master of Hospitality Management.
