December 1, 2011 - OTO Development, LLC announces the appointment of new general managers for two hotels in its portfolio of select-service properties.
Michael Estes is named general manager for the 151-room Hyatt Place Herndon / Dulles Airport East. Estes has significant hotel management experience in the greater Washington, DC market, having previously served as General Manager for two other properties in the area.
David Starnes joins the company as general manager of the Residence Inn / I-75 in Gainesville, FL. With previous hotel leadership experience in Gainesville, Ocala, and Daytona Beach, Starnes brings a strong background in Florida lodging operations to OTO's extended-stay property in Gainesville.
