Nakota Development Begins Construction on Value Place in North Dakota
Nakota Development is building a second Value Place at the Sandy Creek Retail Center.
WILLISTON, ND - December 13, 2011 - Nakota Development Company has begun construction on the area's first Value Place extended hotels.
The Value Place in the Bakken Industrial Park will open in late spring next year and will feature 124 efficiency suites, each featuring its own kitchenette.
Value Place extended stay hotel located at Granite Peak's newly developed 720-acre Bakken Industrial Park on Highway 2 and 85 located three miles north of Williston. The hotel is immediately north of the new Sun Well Service building.
Nakota Development is building a second Value Place to serve the Williston area at the Sandy Creek Retail Center. The company is also planning a new apartment community.
