Carlos Bueno Appointed as the DoF&B for The Boston Harbor Hotel
BOSTON, MA - February 8, 2012 - The Boston Harbor Hotel is pleased to announce that seasoned hospitality executive Carlos Bueno has joined the leadership team at the Forbes five star rated Boston Harbor Hotel. Mr. Bueno assumed his role as Director of Food and Beverage on Monday, January 30th.

Mr. Bueno brings more than fifteen years of experience in food and beverage management at several luxury hotels. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. He also previously served as Director of Outlets and Director of Food and Beverage at the Plaza Hotel in New York and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at the Ritz-Carlton San Juan Hotel. Throughout his career, Mr. Bueno has managed and organized extensive restaurant and bar operations, earning respected hospitality industry awards and affiliations.
