Wyndham to Manage Glenview IL, Hotel
FEBRUARY 9, 2007. Wyndham Hotel Management today announced that it has signed an agreement with Glenview Hotel Partners LLC to manage the 253-room Wyndham(R) Glenview Suites hotel in Glenview, Ill.
Wyndham Hotel Management, which was established in November 2005 to manage and oversee the daily operations of Wyndham Hotel Group's managed hotels, will provide the hotel with comprehensive operations, sales, marketing, revenue management and food and beverage support.

Dibble IV, chairman and chief executive officer of Madison Park Hotels & Development LLC, the majority principals who represent the Glenview property's new ownership said, "Our ownership of the Wyndham Suites Glenview marks the beginning of a broader strategic relationship between Madison Park Hotels & Development and Wyndham Hotel Group.

Dibble said the 12.4-acre site will be repositioned as "one of the premiere destination hotels in the Chicago region."
The Wyndham Glenview Suites at 1400 Milwaukee Ave. is an all-suites hotel featuring 30 meeting and event rooms totaling more than 12,000 square feet of meeting space. The property, situated across from a nature preserve, is seven miles north of Chicago O'Hare International airport and directly adjacent to ABT Electronics and Appliances, one of the country's foremost retailers. Also nearby are Six Flags Great America theme park, Chicago Botanical Gardens, Arlington International Race Track and numerous museums, theaters and restaurants.
Dibble has been invited to serve on the Wyndham Owner Advisory Council and share his insights about growing and enhancing the brand. Council members serve as a sounding board, helping brand leaders address issues and opportunities facing Wyndham hotels.
