Salamander Hotels & Resorts Appoints Mary Hutchcraft as DoSM at Reunion Resort

Orlando, FL - March 6, 2012 - Salamander Hotels & Resorts has appointed Mary Hutchcraft as the new director of sales and marketing at Reunion Resort.

The 2,300-acre, Orlando-area property is part of Salamander's new Grand Golf Resorts of Florida collection, which also includes Innisbrook Resort in Tampa Bay, Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast and a Legends of Golf Trail featuring 162 holes of golf.

Hutchcraft joins Reunion from her former position as director of sales at The Shores Resort & Spa in Daytona Beach Shores. She has previously directed group sales efforts at Reunion when the resort opened in 2006, and also served as director of group sales for Innisbrook Resort.

A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, Hutchcraft is overseeing all sales-related functions for the Reunion's meetings and convention business, as well as catering, golf group sales and local marketing initiatives. She belongs to numerous professional organizations, including Meeting Professionals International, Green Meetings Industry Council, American Society of Association Executives and the Society of Incentive Travel Executives.
