Reza Hadizad Appointed Landmark Restaurant Manager at Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas
March 6, 2012 - Industry veteran Reza Hadizad has joined Warwick Melrose Hotel, Dallas as Restaurant Manager for the newly remodeled Landmark Restaurant. Hadizad comes to Landmark Restaurant after spending the last 14 years as Director of the Crescent Club at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel in Dallas.
His move complements Landmark Restaurant's extensive renovations, which include a state-of-the-art wine vault and an expanded wine selection of over 185 bottles from all over the world. Executive Chef Mike Pacheco has created new menus to complement the dining experience, with a focus on fresh and locally grown ingredients. A re-designed decor updates the restaurant's timeless look and feel, while enhancing the ambiance, accentuated by a Swarovski© crystal chandelier, new marble floors and modern window treatments.
Hadizad looks forward to welcoming both seasoned patrons and first-time diners to the new upscale casual look and feel of Landmark Restaurant. As Restaurant Manager, he will also be responsible for organizing and orchestrating Landmark's Wine Dinners. These monthly events, held at the chef's table in the center of the restaurant, will pair samples of Landmark Restaurant's global wines with Chef Pacheco's signature dishes.
