Karen is an industry veteran with over 25 years in the hospitality Industry. Over the last 17 years, she has been associated with Hospitality Softnet,, Inc., originally starting as a Sales Mystery Shopper. Over that period of time, she has earned 3 previous promotions to Training Coach, Account Manager and also to Director. Prior to joining Hospitality Softnet, Inc, she held senior level positions at the 800 room Delta Court of Flags Hotels, and as Director of Sales at the 651 room Sheraton Lakeside Resort near Disney World. In her new responsibilities, she will report directly to Lisa Richards, Partner.
