Benchmark Appoints Director of Restaurants for 219-room Eldorado Hotel & Spa in Santa Fe
Houston, Texas - May 2, 2012 - Benchmark Hospitality International, a leading US-based hospitality management company, has named Matthias Layton director of restaurants for Eldorado Hotel & Spa, located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Alfred J. Matter, Benchmark's general manager at the hotel, made the announcement.

Matthias Layton previously served as banquet manager for Eldorado Hotel & Spa. In this position he successfully implemented new departmental standards and procedures, streamlining operations and significantly reducing expenses. Prior to joining Eldorado, Mr. Layton was banquet manager for the Valley River Inn of Eugene, Oregon.
Layton is a graduate of Moorpark College, located Southern California. He resides in Santa Fe with his family.
