Boston, MA. May 16, 2012 - Hospitality Softnet, Inc. adds it 10th course installment to theCampus with the addition of a double lesson, Prospecting Skills. More courses on the way.
Course offerings continue to be increased, as the learning development team at Hospitality Softnet, Inc. adds its 10th installment, “Prospecting Skills” to theCampus. This is the first double course, and provides very detailed training specifically needed to engage in effective prospecting. It will aid the hotel's Sales and Catering Managers in fully embracing fundamentals for the basis of good salesmanship - finding new sources of business. During the development of this course, it was determined that the content was so robust that 7 full lessons would be needed to present this subject matter properly.
“We are extremely proud to add yet another course of significance to theCampus”, says Lisa Richards, Partner at Hospitality Softnet, Inc. “In today's selling environment, it is more than just dividing the pie in ones marketplace. In order to move share from one hotel or region to another, Sales and Catering managers must appreciate, engage, and excel in Prospecting skills. By doing so, they will find new sources of business that the hotel would not enjoy under passive selling conditions of only replying to inbound inquires. This course will help them understand the critical aspects of this very important, yet fundamental skill. It was designed by seasoned hotel professionals who have successfully mastered proactive selling”. She continues, “Many more courses are in development, and will be added throughout the year”.
