NEW YORK - July 17, 2012 - The Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan is pleased to announce Bryan R. Kalman as the new director of catering. Kalman has excelled in the hospitality catering industry for more than 25 years and will now be responsible for catering management, sales, service and staff operations for the 1,015-room property with 30,000 square feet of function space including two main ballrooms and four restaurant venues on-site.
