TRE Group Announces New Hires
July 27, 2012 - T.R. Engel Group, LLC, the international lodging advisory and asset management firm based in Boston, announces several new hires.
Damien Greenwood, Vice President
Greenwood joins the TRE Group as a vice president focusing on new business development and the servicing of advisory and asset management assignments. He was formerly in the Real Estate and Lodging Group of J.P. Morgan Securities in New York, where he completed more than $10 billion in merger and acquisition financing transactions. He is a graduate of Cornell University's Hotel Administration program and also earned an MBA with honors from Cornell.
Weichy Tsai , Advisory and Asset Management Assistant
Tsai will provide a wide range of support for the TRE Group, assisting in asset management, advisory and lodging investment projects. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Boston University's School of Management as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration.
Nick Roberts , Summer Associate
Currently pursuing an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Roberts is handling advisory, hotel asset management and investment assignments as a summer associate at TRE Group. Previously he was a Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Group at Bank of America in New York and San Francisco. He holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
