John Hardy Group Appoints Nathan Hall Senior Project Director

ATLANTA - November 7, 2012 - The John Hardy Group has just appointed Nathan Hall as Senior Project Director. Hall will report to Tom Gaffney, Director of Operations, who reports to the CEO, John Hardy.

The John Hardy Group is a hospitality development services company, with an international presence, that focuses on high-profile projects in a range of capacities from due diligence to full project management.

In his new role, Hall acts as the main point of contact for his clients. His duties include, but are not necessarily limited to, managing the budget, cash flow and schedule, and creating and maintaining long-standing customers through the successful completion of complex and difficult projects. He is currently involved with a team of just five people in the brand repositioning program involving the renovation of 79 Candlewood Suites and Staybridge Suites for InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) and Hospitality Properties Trust (HPT) consisting of a budget of $176 million and approximately 10,000 guestrooms across the U.S. and Canada.

“I'm very proud of the HPT/IHG project due to its sheer magnitude and complexity,” Hall said of the work that earned him his new role.

Mr. Hall began his career as an intern with The John Hardy Group in 2001, and swiftly worked his way up the ranks, serving in a number of capacities, including on-site work, which provided him unique insight and appreciation of the day-to-day activities of a renovation within an occupied hotel. He was Project Director for the program and project management of the recent $65 million Sheraton Dallas renovation and the Ritz Carlton Hotel ballroom renovation in Naples, Florida. He has also provided on-site project management services for: Club 36, Las Vegas, NV; City Center, Chicago, IL; Embassy Suites, San Pedro, CA; Lake Lawn Resort, Delavan, WI and the Metropolitan Hotel, New York City, NY.

Hall is a graduate from Georgia State University.
