Trump International Beach Resort Miami is pleased to announce the appointment of Jill Klinsport as its new Director of Sales & Marketing. With a strong background in hospitality and a proven track record of success in driving revenue, repositioning hotel brands, and leading high-performing teams, Jill brings a results-driven, collaborative leadership style to the oceanfront resort.
Prior to joining the resort, Jill held sales roles at Marriott International, representing a portfolio of three hotels totaling 831 rooms and 22,000 square feet of meeting space. There, she consistently exceeded budget expectations across all properties. She later joined Highgate Hotels, where she oversaw various properties, spearheading efforts to reposition each hotel, restructure sales and marketing teams, and drive year-over-year revenue growth while enhancing brand visibility.
In her most recent role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Jill earned recognition as the top quarterly impact-performing leader for Q4, a testament to her commitment to excellence and performance. Her leadership philosophy is centered around collaboration, empowerment, and exceeding expectations.
