Mohegan Sun Appoints New VP Human Resources
February 18, 2013 - Former Director of Compensation and Benefits, Jeff Hamilton, to begin his new responsibilities immediately. Mohegan Sun is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Jeff Hamilton to Vice President of Human Resources. Jeff has served in a variety of roles since starting at Mohegan Sun in 2004, most recently holding the title of Director of Compensation and Benefits.
In his new role, Jeff will be responsible for overseeing the development of customer service and skills training, administering all Human Resource company policies and procedures and providing direction and operational oversight for all Human Resource departments and functions.
Jeff received a bachelor's degree at Seton Hall University and a master's degree at the University of New Haven. He is a member of the Mohegan Tribe and has been part of organizations like the United Way and the Connecticut Adoption Resource Association during his time at Mohegan Sun.
