Boca Bridge Hotel Begins Transformation
Construction Starts on Multi-million Boca Raton Project
BOCA RATON, FL - May 3, 2013 - AWH Partners, LLC,a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm, in partnership with The Lane Organization, LLC, announces the start of construction on the Boca Bridge Hotel. The waterfront boutique hotel with water views from every guestroom is ideally located on the Intracoastal Waterway in Boca Raton, Fla. The partners tapped Compass Development Services, LLC, a full service project management provider, to assist in the development planning and to coordinate construction.
“The scope and detail of the redevelopment plan for Boca Bridge Hotel is tremendous,” said Jonathon Rosenfeld, managing partner of AWH Partners. “The transformation of this hotel into a luxury four-star lifestyle property involves maximizing the space and its water views while ultimately introducing a new guest experience and hotel concept.”
Modifications to the boutique hotel include modernized transformations on the ground floor with public space expanded and enhanced. Additional construction phases follow, including the redevelopment of waterfront amenities such as the extension of the promenade where guests enjoy a “dock-to-dine” experience and a new marina. Improvements are being made to the parking garage as well as upgrades to all guestrooms and meeting spaces. The hotel is closed during renovation to ensure comfort, health and safety of employees and guests.
