NewcrestImage Opens Dual Branded Courtyard & TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Dallas, Texas
December 24, 2013 - The Dallas area's first "dual branded" hotel has opened, featuring a 181-room Courtyard by Marriott and a 120-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott. The property, which is managed by NewcrestImage, is located on 10 acres of a 52-acre site owned by the company in Grapevine, about two miles from the DFW Airport.

The two hotels have individual entrances but share the same management and sales team, as well as the same housekeeping staff, with personnel having been thoroughly cross-trained about the distinctive features of both brands.
The properties also share a resort-style outdoor swimming pool; a state-of-the art exercise facility; and more than 13,000 sq. ft. of modular meeting space, including a ball room highlighted by a spectacular chandelier with one million sparkling imported crystals.
